A simple weekly social media rhythm for busy owners
You don't need to post every day. You need to post consistently, with a mix that builds trust and gives people a reason to reach out.

The businesses that win on social aren't the ones posting the most. They're the ones posting reliably, with content that shows real people doing real work. Here's a rhythm that's easy to keep up.
Three posts a week
- Monday, show the work: a finished job, a new menu item, a before-and-after.
- Wednesday, show the people: the team, a customer, a behind-the-scenes moment.
- Friday, give a reason to act: an offer, an event, open booking slots for next week.
Stories on busy days
Stories are low-pressure. Film a few seconds of whatever is happening: setting up, a delivery, a happy customer. They keep you visible between posts without needing polish.
Reply within the hour when you can
Comments and DMs are enquiries. Treat them like phone calls. If you can't reply fast, that's exactly where an automated first response helps.
Measure what matters
Followers and likes are nice. What pays the bills is how many messages, calls and bookings social brings in. Track those monthly and do more of whatever drives them.
